Felicia has captured a huge audience and made a name for herself as a compelling and energetic presenter. She brings unique depth to specialties of leadership, management, team building, organizational development, executive coaching, and networking. Felicia’s emergence on the speaking circuit has raised the bar for corporations, teams, and individuals aspiring to develop world-class winning traits. Now one of the premier resources for business leadership, she has shared her blue-chip advice and expertise on how to turn potential into performance for key sports, community and business leaders at Wachovia, Coca-Cola Consolidated, the NCAA, the United States Olympic Committee and several not-for-profit organizations.

Felicia remains a member of the New Jersey State Bar and a dedicated member of the Charlotte community. Recently, she was selected by the Charlotte’s Business Journal as of the “Top 40, Under 40”. After graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in elementary education and teaching fifth grade in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Felicia earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa, College of Law. She would go on to intern with the National Collegiate Athletic Association in Kansas City, MO before heading to Atlanta to work the 1996 Summer Olympic Games.

Both Felicia’s resolve and enthusiasm enabled her to excel as manager for NIKE’s ® women’s basketball sports marketing division, where her job was to create an explosion of growth in girls basketball in North America. In addition, she was also responsible for overseeing women’s college and pro basketball. Drawing on her talents, experiences and goal consciousness, Felicia combined her love for law and basketball becoming Director of Business Operations and later Vice President of Team Operations for the WNBA Charlotte Sting. Her leadership style and business savvy helped guide the Charlotte Sting from the league’s second worst record to the second best team as WNBA Eastern Conference Champions in just two seasons.
